PERTH – JULY 20, 2015 – Cirrus Networks (ASX: CNW) has won several new “Managed Service” contracts, valued at over $1.5 million, with customers including mental health care support organisation Arafmi WA and community focused employment service providers Community First International (CFI); as well as a large international supplier and maintenance provider of equipment to the mining industry.
The services to be provided to these entities by Cirrus include IT help desks, infrastructure, and data centre monitoring.
CFI Executive Director David Shelton stated that “The Cirrus solution represents an investment in superior technology which will support our vision of a fully mobilised workforce. It gives us fully scalable and flexible system architecture, allowing us to fully access the benefits of a cloud-based solution, [and allowing] Community First to take advantage of new capabilities such as mobile computing and software development to provide better data collection and analysis – all of which we see as key drivers to our ability to support more people in the future.”
Cirrus Managing Director Frank Richmond highlighted the significance of these developments in the Company’s journey of growth: “The launch of our Managed Services offering is a culmination of 18 months of development. Securing three major contracts so soon after launching this division is a true testament to Cirrus’s entire delivery team. We have developed something pretty special with this technology.”
