PERTH – September 16, 2015 – Cirrus Networks Holdings Limited (“Cirrus” or the “Company”) (ASX: CNW) is pleased to announce that it continues to roll out its expansion plans after announcing a record revenue result of $14.9m for the 2015 financial year.
• New dedicated service centre premises successfully secured
• Employee head count increases to 25
• Matt Green appointed as new CFO
• Jason King appointed as GM Operations
• Additional sales staff recruited and appointed
The Company has successfully secured new office premises of almost double the current space, to enable it to roll out its service centre offerings to meet customer demands. It is anticipated that the new premises will be operational before the end of this month, once the current data fit out is complete. The Company has also seen a strong growth in headcount, being able to attract several well respected individuals, to continue to drive business growth. Since May 2015, the Company has hired 12 new staff bringing the overall headcount to 25. The new employees cover a wide range of skill sets including sales, support, technical and project management.

The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Matthew Green as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr Green is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of commercial, accounting and finance experience, with the last ten in executive level roles. He has had broad exposure to both private entities and ASX listed companies with significant turnover, complex revenue streams and operating in a variety of industries. Previously Matthew has worked in industrial, utilities and resource based sectors including oil and gas, engineering consultants WorleyParsons, Macmahon and Tenix. Through his recent roles Matthew has developed and led multi-disciplinary teams of qualified and transactional staff and achieved much success in implementing change through structure, process and system.
To further assist the operations of the Company, Mr Jason King has been appointed General Manager of Operations. Mr King has almost 20 years’ experience working in the Perth IT market in a variety of roles covering account management, project management, technical services and service operations, as well as in senior management positions. In recent years he has held the IT Group Manager role with a wellknown West Australian engineering firm where his responsibilities covered IT strategy, operations and delivery of services to oil and gas projects across Australian and internationally. Most recently Jason has held senior management roles with Kinetic IT, one of Australia’s largest successful managed services providers, working with two key accounts – Western Australian Police and BHP Billiton Iron Ore. In this capacity, Jason was accountable for all aspects of large managed services engagements including commercial management, financial performance, service performance and strategic planning.
