March 17 2016 – Cirrus Networks has confirmed the recently acquired L7 Solutions is now fully integrated into the Cirrus Networks operational and financial systems and generating positive earnings and cash for the group.
Cirrus Managing Director Frank Richmond said, “It is a credit to everyone within the expanded Cirrus Group that we have been able to fully integrate the acquisition and seamlessly transition our customers, staff and projects within 90 days, while continuing to provide the highest level of service in transacting a significant amount of business. It is testament to the agility and focus of our organisation and now provides an excellent foundation to capitalise on opportunities and drive the synergistic benefits.”
L7 Solutions, which was acquired by Cirrus Networks in December 2015, has also successfully completed a large scale project at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre (PCEC) which had an original order value in excess of $1million. The project included replacing a 12-year-old legacy system with state of art technologies, a case study of which can be found here. Cirrus is delighted to announce that these technologies have now facilitated the transition of these systems into a Cirrus L7 Solutions managed service for the next 3 years.
Speaking about the project, Cirrus Managing Director Frank Richmond stated “The PCEC engagement highlights the value of the Cirrus L7 Solutions integration to our customers. It offers significant depth in technical expertise while providing a one stop end to end capability, from equipment supply, to integration services and ultimately a managed service across different technology platforms.”
